Giardini d’Inverno

Comfort, technology and the environment are the distinctive features of the residence, which is divided into three buildings and extends over 16 floors above ground and 6 underground floors used as garages.
The residential units will all be equipped with terraces and glasshouses, the last real distinctive elements of the Winter Gardens. The 110 glasshouses are designed as high altitude gardens, to accommodate decorative and flowering plants, shrubs and fruit trees.
Giardini d’Inverno is the first building in Milan to be designed to achieve acoustic classification 1: a real exception for Italian real estate which, in terms of noise pollution reduction, is still far behind the rest of Europe.
