Rosenius holds a Master of Science in Light & Lighting from UCL Bartlett University in London and a Medianomi in Lighting Design from the Tampere School of Arts & Communication in Finland. He regularly gives lectures at universities, trade shows, and professional conferences on the subject of lighting design for the built environment.
Light over Time (LoT) is a series of lighting tools that allow design professionals to re-imagine, reveal, reinterpret and modulate light in space like never before. A family of luminaries with intuitive software allow the user to control light to shift, change and flow like in nature.
LoT's user-friendly software application gives unprecedented access to control a previously unattainable complexity of light behavior, with no prior programming skills needed. Precision optics are used to achieve white light distribution in a single luminaire with simple data commands and without any moving parts.
Layered, non-repetitive and natural light effects can be achieved with unique real-time content engines using biomimicry and other algorithms to calculate light patterns and effects instantaneously.
Changes and modifications to wash light tonality, beam intensity, movement directions, speed, complexity and other parameters can be made simultaneously and saved as intelligent pre-sets. Comprehensive scheduling can be programmed using a simple drag and drop interface.
LoT Spots are available as ceiling recessed adjustable down lights, surface mounted spotlights for interior or exterior application, track mounted spotlights, suspended adjustable pendants, and exterior unground uplights.
LoT is a new generation of tools for creative lighting solutions.
